How do I register for an account?

There is no need for you to register for an account to view our course catalogue.
Once you have found the course(s) you are interested in, add them to your cart. Your user account will be created at first signup. You will not be asked for payment details if you are enrolling on free courses.

Can I subscribe to receive access to all courses?

Yes, we currently offer annual subscriptions, which allows access to all our CPD content.

Can I view a sample of your e-learning content?

Yes, there are several ways that you can do this. View our demo module, which can be accessed via the following link or alternatively from the home page.

You can also enrol for a free module and view our CPD content.

I live abroad - can I still do your courses?

Yes, although we are a UK based company, and we use current UK regulations and guidelines in our courses, this doesn’t prevent you from accessing and completing our courses. Many of our learners are based abroad, and are extremely satisfied with our content.

Our CPD certificates are optimised for the General Dental Council accepted format for enhanced CPD, however these should be accepted by your countries registration body. You are welcome to contact us for  any specific requirements.

Will I need any additional or specific software?

You will not need to purchase, download or install any specific software – all you will need is your internet browser, such as the one you are currently on.

Our platform has been optimise to use Google Chrome, Safari, Mozilla Firefox and Opera browsers, using either your favourite Mac or PC. Unfortunately using older generation browsers such as Internet Explorer may result in the loss of some key functionality from our platform, hence it’s use is not supported by our platform.

We would also suggest that you enable and accept cookies from our website, as we use cookies to optimise your experience on our platform, for login and tracking your learning. How do I signup?

Sign-up for our newsletter if you are interested in receiving updates on new courses, as well as information regarding CPD for the dental profession. You can do this by using the form in the page footer.

I am having trouble logging in!

Our platform has been optimised to use Google Chrome, Safari, Mozilla Firefox and Opera browsers. Most login and functionality issues arise from either using older generation browsers, such as Internet Explorer or having disabled and blocked cookies.

To resolve login and functionality issues, we recommend that you use one of the browsers from the list above.

I keep having to reload my course!

Most compatibility issues relate to non-supported internet browsers. Our courses have been optimised to be viewed in modern browsers. Although we have built all our courses to have older browser fall-back, some functionality issues may arise from using out-of-date or non-supported browsers.

We recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome, Safari, Mozilla Firefox or Opera. We do not recommend using Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge as these browsers may not have full support and functionality, and may result in the course or quiz not completing.
